Keyboard shortcuts
Every key the palette and its screens understand, in one place.
These are built in and cannot be changed. For shortcuts you record yourself, see
Hotkeys.
Shortcuts follow key positions, so they work the same on any keyboard layout or input source.

return runs the main button and esc cancels, on every dialog, including ones that
delete things. Cancel always sits on the left.
